Apartment in Beautiful Trevarrian Cornwall

Relax in the beautiful hamlet of Trevarrian near to Watergate Bay on Cornwall’s north coast between Newquay & Padstow. Our first-floor apartment surrounded by palms & lawns has stylish wooden floors, a bright modern feel, two bedrooms, open-plan lounge (big tv/wifi), well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Mawgan Porth beach is close by with more stunning walks & views. Fabulous locally produced cuisine close by and award winning pub dining a stone's throw from the apartment. Major roads 10min away. Our lovely first-floor apartment is extremely well appointed. The modern feel is complimented by a bright and stylish open plan lounge area and well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a zipped link king size bed that can be split into two singles. The large leather sofa in the lounge also transforms into a really comfy fully sprung king size bed. The lounge has a large TV with Netflix, a dvd player with a selection of dvds and a Nintendo Wii with games for the family to enjoy. The six apartments share a large lawned area which is great for BBQs and breathing in the Cornish sea air whilst the communal private car park in front of the apartments is convenient. Like most places in Cornwall, dogs are welcome. Opportunities to sample Cornwall’s freshest produce are all around and the fabulous 17th century Travellers Rest pub is literally a stone’s throw away from the apartment. It offers exceptional dining in an atmosphere which is very ‘local’ and yet very cosmopolitan. The Beach Hut at Watergate Bay is also a firm favourite. It is Trevarrian’s location which is also so perfect. No need to drive to breathtaking walks and beautiful beaches, they start right outside the apartment, yet major road links are just ten minutes away meaning other parts of Cornwall are easily accessible. The Eden Project is close by whilst Lizard Point and the amazing Minack Theatre, cut into the cliff face, are well worth the drive. We love our getaway bolt-hole and we’re sure you will too. The shared garden has a large lawn and seating area with table. Free car parking for residents only is at the front of the apartments. Self check-in · let yourself in with the keybox. A welcome pack with essentials and information will be available to guests on arrival. Trevarrian is a hamlet close to coastal paths and some of the best beaches in the UK. It is truly beautiful and you can't help feeling chilled the moment you arrive. For those who enjoy great food, The Beach Hut is a walk or short drive to Watergate Bay or head to Mawgan Porth where you will find The Merrymoor Inn and during the summer months fish and chips. Rick Stein at Padstow is a few miles along the coast. The Travellers Rest, our local, is a charming 17th century coaching inn with 17 specialist gins as well as Cornwall's best ales and is a must for dinner during your stay. Dogs are welcome. Reaching Trevarrian has been made all the easier since the A30 became a dual carriageway in 2017. Fancy flying down? Newquay airport is approx 1.5 miles away. Once there it's easy driving but for those who prefer public transport there's a bus stop right outside.
