I offer you a front double room with your own bathroom and toilet next door, and a private lounge room where you can work, relax, and have a sherry on arrival. I will respect your privacy, but am happy to share the television in the family room, chat about our shared love of travel, or talk about places to explore in our beautiful region. It's entirely up to you as to how much contact you would like to have have with me. I want to make your stay as agreeable as possible. You are welcome to use my modern kitchen, and in the morning there will be a continental breakfast awaiting you. You can have it inside or on the deck overlooking the garden, from where you can also enjoy the panoramic views across Warragul to the mountains beyond. I have ducted heating and cooling so you will be comfortable in any weather. Children are welcome to another bedroom with two single beds, at a small extra cost. My home is one minute's drive from the M1 freeway and the West Gippsland Hospital, three minutes from the town centre, and has ample off street parking. You can be assured that ours is a quiet neighbourhood. If you arrive by train I can pick you up at the station if I am available. Otherwise its a $10 taxi fare. Lounge, family room, pool room I can help with information local tourist spots and good pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood . Or anything else.... I am situated in a very quiet cul de sac with no passing trafic . A paddock is at the end of the street, and I have beautiful views of the northern mountains off street parking available in my front yard.
