'Casa Del Mar' is a cosy 'Spanish' styled 3 bed Villa that comfortably sleeps 6 ppl. It's a 2 min walk to the beach or swim in our below ground pool. The lovely wood heater is perfect for those cold winter nights. Casa del mar is located in 'Old Yanchep' hidden away from the modern housing estates. Local beach - 160 metres. Yanchep Lagoon - 600 mtrs. National Park - 9 min drive Yanchep Golf Course - 9 min dve. Yanchep Shopping Centre - 4 min drive Butler Station - 17 min drive (14kms) The property comes equipped with TV/ DVD player/ radio. Ceiling fans to all the bedrooms, plus a ceiling fan and airconditioner to the main living/kitchen area. Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee machine. Washing machine & Ironing board. Travel cot. Outdoor furniture & BBQ. The house also has a security alarm. The whole house can be used but there will be no access to the single garage as it is used for storage.
