Relaxing in the hot spa, out on our new deck, is the perfect way to end your day out in Perth. We are excited to welcome you into our home. We offer you the use of the entire space, including Kitchen & Laundry, as though you were one of the family. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ OUR ENTIRE LISTING DESCRIPTION- Just so we can make sure YOU have the most fantastic and comfortable stay in Perth with no surprises. :) Welcome to our Fully Furnished Home, all you need to do is bring your clothes and a few good stories to tell over the dinner table. High speed WIFI provided for your laptop / ipad / smart phone. Privacy Assured - You will be the only guest staying the entire time. We won't ever rent out multiple rooms. My Husband (34) and I (33) own our 3 bedroom house in Wilson which we share with 2 very friendly indoor cats and 3 dogs: > a 4 yr old small (non yappy!) Chihuahua x Shitzu. > a small 1 yr old Kelpie x Jack Russell puppy who is adorably well behaved. > a 4 year old, very friendly, teddy bear, Akita. He is a large dog, but don't worry he won't jump up on you :) All love cuddles so you must love animals and be confident with LARGE dogs. We are both full time employed, mature, professionals who work long weekday hours (so you pretty much have the place to yourself). We are very friendly and easy to get along with :) Interested in getting to know you, but respectful of your privacy of course. We have extensive knowledge of Perth & surrounds as we have both worked in the property industry & can give you some very useful hints & tips for buying, renting, sightseeing & places to eat. We've helped many people settle into Perth over the last 4 years that we've been hosting guests in our home. TARIFF INCLUDES: - One Fully Furnished Guest Room with: > A Queen Bed (very comfy we've been told!). > A Tallboy (great for all your belongings). > Bedside Shelves. > Clothes Hanging Tower with Coat Hangers. > Mirror (There is also a full length mirror available in the study). > All Linen and Towels and Face Washers. > Extra Storage Space for Bulky Bags. > The Window overlooks the Deck. > Air Conditioner & Fan in Summer. > Cozy Heating in Winter. - Also, please feel free to use the rest of the Reverse Cycle Air Conditioned House as though you were one of the family: > Kitchen - Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, all Utensils and more! Plus Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Spices, Paper Towels etc all included. You'll even get your own personal shelves in the fridge and pantry for your groceries. > Bathroom- One shared bathroom with a Double Shower and Vanity. There is a separate Toilet from the main bathroom. We shower at work most week day mornings, or super early, so no battling for the bathroom issues. You will also have your own shower storage hanger for your shampoos etc. > Laundry - Washing Machine, Washing Powder, Iron, Ironing Board etc all available. Indoor and Outdoor clothes lines for all weather drying. > Lounge Room with a HUGE new TV and super comfortable reclining sofas. > Dining Room with a large 8 seater table. Feel free to use this table for any computer or paperwork you might need to do. > Outside Decking/Spa area. The Frangipani Trees and Jasmine Flowers smell amazing! > Plenty of safe, free parking up on a wide grass verge, so your car doesn't have to be directly ON the road. WHY SHOULD YOU STAY IN WILSON?: (Please remember we are a SUBURB and not located in the middle of the city centre when you are considering LOCATION. A car is advisable but there is also decent public transport to the City and Fremantle. Plenty of places to see within walking distance if you like the outdoors.) > 8km / 10 minute car drive to Perth City Centre. Don't pay high city accommodation prices when we are only 10 minutes down the road! > 5km / 10 minute car drive to the gorgeous South Perth Foreshore and parks and zoo. > 7 minute car drive to both Train Stations which have parking. Mandurah-City-Joondalup Line and the Cannington Line. > A short walk to various Bus Lines. (Public Transport in Perth isn't as great as many international cities like New York and Singapore so please be aware and adjust expectations.) > Very close to Leach Highway, Albany Highway, Manning Road and the Kwinana Freeway for direct access to pretty much everywhere you'd want to go. > 10 minute walk to the Swan River and to the Lo Quay Cafe on the river. Great coffee and food! Canning River Café in the Regional Park is also in walking distance. River or Bush - Your choice :) > Short walk to the gorgeous and HUGE Canning Regional Park and Canning River which has amazing bike tracks and walking paths, a café and a miniature train ride on Sundays. > 20 minute car drive to the Beach/Fremantle. Approx. 45 minutes on Bus. > 20 minute drive to the Swan Valley Wineries / Chocolate Factory / Yahava Coffee. There are some great tours that will take you around so someone doesn't have to be the designated driver. > Close to Parks, Libraries, Carousel Westfield Shopping Centre, other various Shopping Centres and Grocery Stores. Great Fish and Chip shop and Chinese Restaurant in the next street! > Walking distance to Curtain University and short drive to Murdoch University. > 20 minute very easy trip to the Airport, about a $30-$40 taxi fare or $25-$30 if you are an Uber user. Basically you have that quiet, spacious, suburban feel with parks and amenities but still very close to the city! OUR PROPERTY WOULD SUIT MATURE ADULTS WHO (for example, but not limited to): > Need a new environment, wanting to test out the suburb before moving here. > Moving over from another state or overseas and needing to find a long term rental once here. > Traveling - must bring interesting stories! > Needing a short term place to stay during renovations/building or moving etc. > FIFO (Fly in Fly out) needing a place to crash during your time off. > Short term Curtain University student or Murdoch Student. GUEST REQUIREMENTS- > Clean in common living spaces. > NON Smoker, sorry no exceptions with an ex smoker living in the house. > NO Drugs. > No Excessive drinking (too risky with five animals around). > Strictly No Guests please. Due to the Air Bnb insurance policy, no guests other than those registered are covered on the property. > Copy of photo ID to be emailed prior to arrival if you haven't issued Air Bnb a copy already.
