This fabulous "bondy" style home is set high up on the hill and has beautiful views of the old lagoon area. Imagine sitting on the verandah watching the sun dip into the Indian Ocean. This well set up home would be awesome for a lovely romantic getaway for two, or a huge multi-family and friends gathering. (Website hidden by Airbnb) There are four bedrooms and one bathroom in the main house and Bedroom 5 is a separate two storey granny flat complete with bathroom. All beds are made up with quality linen and there are plenty of nice fluffy towels, and beach towels if you decide to take the five minute walk down to the beach. The outdoor area is beautifully set up for entertaining with an enormous commercial barbecue. If you fancy cooking inside there is a 900mm chef gas cooktop and plenty of counter space in cool white stone. Fancy a few herbs to cook with? Feel free to step outside and just pick them from the gardens. There is rosemary, mint, fresh bay leaves, a kaffir lime tree, and some unique bush tucker plants too! If you are a smoker, no problem, but please only do this outside! There are ashtrays provided. The yard is fully enclosed to keep your furry friends safe and there is a pet door to give them access to wherever you are hanging out (strict house rule is to keep them off the furniture!) If it's not swimming weather then you can cozy up in front of the wood fired pot belly and just look out at the storms brewing on the horizon over the ocean. There is loads to do around the district and all the convenience of being just around the corner from a shopping centre.
