New carpet, windows and marble tile floors. 10 min drive to National Harbor and 20 min drive to downtown WASHINGTON D.C. close to Andrews Air-force Base. Residential neighborhood with grocery stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. You will have full access to the brand new renovated kitchen. With your own designated refrigerator and cabinet space. The laundry room is shared but you will have your own bathroom and living room. I spend a lot of time in the house, on the couch with my dog or entertaining my friends. I also know a decent amount about lounges and nice bars but I have many many food recommendations. And Im always available by phone, text, or email. 20 minutes or less to everything! A quiet and safe neighborhood right on the edge of Washington D.C. conveniently located between 495 and Suitland Parkway. 10 minutes to The National Harbor, 20 minutes to downtown D.C. Ample street parking. Driving is best to get around. The Branch Ave Metro station is 3 miles away (or a $4 Uber on average). I do have a large breed dog. He is curious but I make sure to keep him out of your space. Also currently only renting to women. Sorry guys.
