Walking distance from breakfast/coffee shops, Epanomi city, bus stop. Fully equipped living room (60 inch TV, stereo speakers). Fully equipped Kitchen and Bathroom including a laundry machine. The house was renovated in 2020 with modern furniture and appliances, including a modern kitchen, 60-inch TV, stereo sound speakers and a fireplace. It has 3 floors/apartments, 2 of which are owned by us. (ground and 1st floor). The apartment on this listing is the 1st floor, which is the bigger one. If requested, the 2 apartments can be connected internally, allowing for up to 11 guests in total. Contact us for the ground listing. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 7 guests (2 double beds, one double sofa-bed and a single bed). There is a large, fully equipped living room, and an elevated kitchen and dining table. The two bedrooms are separated with doors which can be locked. We live in the City of Thessaloniki, which is normally a 40 minute drive to the House. The house is slightly elevated and has a nice view all around. There is a lot of open space, green fields and a public basketball and tennis court (not well maintained). The nearest beach 'Potamos' is just a 7 minute drive. On the back side of the IEK school which is opposite to the house you can find an excellent Breakfast/Coffee shop (we recommend the famous 'bougatsa'), as well as a mini market. The city of Epanomi has most of the things that you would need, including a big super market and meat/fish shops. The house is conveniently located near the city of Epanomi.
