Unique 2 BD apartment in a stable!

This is a beautiful and unique 2 bedroom apartment located on top of a horse stable! Peaceful setting in the center of a 8oo acre horse property/community. 10-15 miles of walking trails that meander to the Neuse river. Apartment has full kitchen. Surround yourself with horses, goats, and natural beauty! This private apartment is located in and above a stable facility that homes 22 horses! If you are a horse enthusiast, you are welcome to visit and see the horses inside or outside the barn. For safety reasons, we ask you visit inside the barn when staff is NOT moving horses. When a trainer is available for a beginner lesson, we can schedule that as a potential opportunity. ONLY when a trainer is here and can manage! The apartment has a full bath inside, however there is additional 2 full baths just down the stairs in the lobby of the facility that guests could access! Also if you like to fish please feel free to bring your fishing poles there is a pond in front of the barn that you are welcome to use!! We live on property and are mostly available to assist guests during their stay. Our community has close to 15 miles of walking trails! Please enjoy! We have a trail map out lining all trails! Please recognize the safety aspect of "living" among horses! They can be spooky at the tiniest things. I try and have a conversation to educate all guests to keep everybody safe! Also be aware the extra potential noises at night that could be from horses as well-22 are inside at night during the winter months! They are on night turn out during the summer Enjoy the beautiful animals including goats, right next door!
