It is 3 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to the airport, 2 minutes to cable car to go on mountaintop, Selwo (Dolfins aquarium) , tivoli, 5 minutes to the beach. Apartment is located infront of the plaza, Cafeteria down below, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, etc.. Accessible to bus, train, taxi and there were street market few times a week. The room is good for two persons with comfortable mini frdge, built in wardrobe, heating/aircon, and free wifi. Comfortable room equipped with full wardrobe, bedroom lamps, sliding doors /patio, with it's own heater/aircon, wifi and double lock door. With mini personal fridge, a welcome bottle of water, coffee/tea. Reminder: there is only master bedroom that is available for guests good for two persons, and not the entire apartment. Second room where the host occupy and will serve breakfast for you in the morning. Spacious living room can relax and watch with all channels from all over Europe is available. To use tv, free wifi, sit on living room, microwave, coffee machine & toaster. Can enjoy the sunrise at the terrace and smoking at the terrace is allowed. Bathroom are provided with towels, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoos, and hair dryer. Shelves are also available for your personal stuff. Cooking food is not allowed, except pizza. As covid -19 protocol we always stay safe by constant gel/alcohol washing. The room and all areas of the property will be washed clean with disinfectant and alcohol are provided in all areas before check-in. The host will always wear mask during and upon serving breakfast and or interacting each other. Very safe area, very friendly neighbourhood, and very close to everything. Seven minutes walk down to the beach. Downstairs are caféteria and around neighbouring areas are clothes boutique, restaurants, bars, Shisha café, churros café, kebab place, chinese restaurants tapas bar and more. Grocery store such as Mercodana, Lidl, Carrefour is in walking distance. Tivoli world, cable car,dolfins aquariums are within a walking distance. Puerto de Marina where you can unwind in the evening and also have some boat trips for dolphins watching. it's just within reach. Not necessary to have a car to reach to any places in Benalmadena. The area is sorrounded with boutiques, grocery stores, cafeteria and restaurants. Behind the building is tivoli world and cable car that will take you to a panoramic of Calamoro mountain and can enjoy the view of the entire coastal area. 5 minutes walk is a dolphin aquariums and a very spacious beautiful paloma park filled with loose animals such as: chickens, rabbits, peacocks, and some donkeys in certain area with fences and goats. 7 minutes to the closest beaches and with bars and restaurants all areas. The beautiful harbour have some boats where you can buy tickets and will take you to see dolfins and enjoy the day. At the Benalmadena town centre called " Benalmadena pueblo" had a beautiful butterfly park, temple and Castillo Colomaris which entrance fee is just €2.50 Guests are warmly welcomed with a bottle of water. Alco gel is provided in all areas. The bed room/beddings, and common areas will be wash, cleaned, wipe with disinfectant before guest arrival. Very important to know that going to swim at the beach are more safer than going to swimming pool (Covid-19 are not over yet). Enjoy your stay!
