Make yourself at home in this comfortable one-bedroom, one full bath on second floor located two blocks from beautiful Keuka lake and historic downtown Hammondsport shops and restaurants. Amentities include private entrance, off-street parking, enclosed communal front porch, air conditioning, television, high-speed internet, microwave, small refrigerator, and Keuka coffee maker. NOT SUITABLE for children under 10 years of age. We have area maps and information on hiking, biking, wine touring and all the wondrous places that surround Keuka Lake. You park right out front, go up a few steps to communal front porch. You enter the building through a lovely antique wooden door, up the stairs to your room. I am the Residential Manager and live on the first floor of this home. I will be available for your needs. We are walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and everyone is friendly! Our communal front porch will have area maps and local information for wine routes and all the activities! 2 day minimum stay required: 24 hours before and after each reservation needed to clean due to Covid-19 virus **
