One 58 inch tv and all bedrooms have tvs.Netflix and Hulu and Spectrum cable tv Location is perfect! 2 miles from St. Bonnies.Rock City is close.Niagra Falls 1.5hr,Ellicotville, You can walk everywhere.Pizza place across the street.Grocery store is 3 blocks away and the movies &Walmart only a mile.Great restaurants stones throw away.We have a fire pit/ grill. Price depends on how many people. $10.per person per night over 5&must tell owner about extra day visitors dog fee 35. a nt. The entire house except attic. if you would like to have additional people over added overnight guests are 10.00 per person per night after 5. we have one full bath upstairs,full bath on main level and half bath in the basement. No parties or extra people over without owners knowledge. being your own coffee pods. we do supply coffee but cannot guarantee orhers have used it all by the time i return to the area to replenish. we also do not supply papertowels, laundry detergent and napkins. other than those mentioned the house is well stocked The entire house is yours to use but no parties. Having people over has to be approved prior to stay or visit Quiet and Very well maintained street . Relax on the front porch or on the balcony off the master bedroom. So convenient to everything. If you would like to have additional guests come to the house for dinner or for any other reason over 2 hours there is a $5 per person charge over 6 people. I once had someone have a huge party and lots of damage to one of my other homes So easy to walk anywhere. No need for a car. Grocery store is only two blocks away, pizza across the street and great resteraunts so close by. Enterprise car rental is walking distance. There are 2 video (Website hidden by Airbnb) on the front porch and one showing back of house. Please make sure you add any visitors to your reservation if you want them to visit the house more than a couple of hours. If you do want them to stay longer than the couple hours there is an additional $5 per person over 6 people and needs to be noted before you check in or before they arrive. if you want to add bundles of wood for the firepit,please let me know prior to your arrival. it is 10.00 per bundle. you can also ask if a late checkout is available for 30.00 which would change your normal checkout of 10 am to 12:30
