Standard living, Central location to the tri-state

ALL guest must have a profile pic of THEMSELVES, not of their children, pets, & etc. This is for safety reasons, strangers are staying in my home so yes I’d like to see that person Pets are allowed! However, there will be an additional pet fee. The pet fee is $ (Website hidden by Airbnb) will depend on how many pets, and how long the stay will be. 2nd floor apartment. 1 bathroom, bedroom. Couch has a pull out bed. Location 8.1 miles-BWI 4.9 miles-inner harbor 26miles-Annapolis 39miles-Wash. DC. Second floor, Private apartment, with private entrance. Apartment shares a screened in porch with other apartment. The apartment entrance door is on the left once you are have entered the porch. Once you are inside the apartment, there is a light switch to the right. One switch turns the porch light on and off, the other turns the step lights on and off. Please Turn both lights off when finished. The light switch at the top of the steps will turn the lights off in the step area only. The porch light only turns on and off at the bottom of the steps. The other apartment has two dogs and one cat. Very friendly pets and tenant. Neighbors are all friendly and quiet. Plenty of blankets in closet. Plenty of closet space for belongings. Please no smoking in apartment. I don't mind if guest smoke on front porch. Please take all used towel, Blanket, sheets etc and lay them on the bathroom floor so I know what to wash. Please take the trash out. It goes behind the garage in either green trash can and recycling goes in the yellow. If you are standing in the kitchen, in front of the sink and look out the window. That’s the garage. The trash and are behind there. Access to the whole second floor apartment. Once on porch the door to the left is the entrance to apartment. There will be a lock-box on door. Guest will receive the code the day of check-in. I am here to offer help when needed. I do not live on premises, but I am always a text or call away What I love about this location is the neighbors. Plenty of parking. Location, Close to shopping center. Close to BWI airport, 26 miles to Annapolis, 39 miles to D.C., 3.2 miles from federal hill and 5 miles from the inner harbor. Mega bus pick up/drop off near White Marsh. Megan bus takes your to NYC and you can find trips around $20 each way. NYC is about 3 hours away. Car, there are no bars in walking distance, there is a mom and pop shop and a 7-11, 3-4 blocks away.. Close to public transportation and cheap Uber rides everywhere, plenty of parking for rental vehicles Wifi access, cable tv in living room (no special channels like HBO, etc.) Antenna tv in bedroom (about 15ish channels) King size bed in bedroom.
