This one-bedroom guest house is a stand-alone studio with separate entrance. Newly renovated! It has a full kitchen, large light-filled living room with dining corner or work desk and bathroom with shower. It is designed for 2 people. Adults only. Access is through a beautiful garden of the main property. You will have your own private parking spot right outside the gate. There is also ample street parking for guests. The guest house is separated by another iron gate and its own keypad lock entrance. My husband, son, myself and a dog (Berlynn) live in the main house 20yrds away. Far enough to have your complete privacy, and close enough if you need something. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the valley of Los Angeles. Cafes, supermarket and gas stations all in walking distance. And just 5 minutes from the busy shopping and restaurant stretch of Studio City. Easy access to three major freeways. Only minutes away from Universal City and Hollywood. 18 miles from Santa Monica Beach. LA is mostly a car town. That being said we had guests that made it work on foot, Metro bus system and UBER car service. Your call.
