South Harting private annex in ❤ of village

*69 sq metre private annex *Patio & Lawn *Plenty of parking (including one garage space) *Central South Downs village location (2 min walk to pub, Church and play park) *Close proximity to Goodwod (16mins), the South Coast (Bosham 25 mins), the South Downs Way (2 min drive or 20 min (steep!) walk *Beautiful bedroom views *Fully stocked & equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave & coffee machine. *Dogs welcome *Breakfast boxes available at a small extra charge The annex is attached to our family home via bolted upstairs & downstairs doors. We have 3 young children and 1 friendly free-range spaniel. Hopefully you won't see or hear them but you may hear movements through the walls. Whilst we do our best to keep the noise down we are up early on a school morning! We are trying hard to do our bit for the environment by using refills where possible, green cleaning materials, using tissues/loo paper/kitchen towel made from recycled paper & by running the energy from wood pellets. We also use energy efficient light bulbs in the majority of cases. Please ask in advance if you would like to use the (unsecured) garage space or BBQ. I am a full time mummy of three and trainee counselling student so I'm constantly in and out, but primarily based at home. Please do knock on my front door at any time, or if you prefer to message me, I'm always more than happy to help. You will be able to self check-in on arrival. We may be biased, but we think South Harting is pretty special. The beautiful South Downs are an impressive feature of our community and there is always lots going on in the village and surrounding areas. I can help with favourite pubs, things to do and walks. We are a 7 minute drive to Petersfield, where there are direct 1 hour trains to Waterloo. There are often taxis at the station when trains arrive. There are plenty of local taxi firms as well as daily buses between the Coast and Petersfield. I'm also happy, if I can, to drive walkers back up to the South Downs Way. Whilst we welcome dogs we request that if you know your dog barks a lot then please don't book as we need to respect our lovely village neighbours. Thank you.
