It is a 15 min. drive to LRAFB, 30 mi to Little Rock, Searcy, or Conway- 10 mi to Cabot for shopping, and restaurants and entertainment. Golf courses, Cabot Aquatic Park, Bowling Alleys, Indian lake, a Miniature Golf Course and more all w/I 10 mi. Convenient central AR location. Pet friendly with $20 fee. Base rate covers 2 people. Located in a quiet rural setting-Beautiful valley view, and seasonal running stream right out of the front door where you can sit on the shaded front porch and watch the birds while relaxing and having your morning coffee. Our place is supplied with desk workspace, streaming tv, DVD player, adult and children's movies, books, board games, and more. Whether for Family or Business Travel use, we can accommodate you! The 3 beds are: 1 queen size, 1 full size, and a twin. We provide plenty of extra linens, pillows and towels etc. The ENTIRE home (minus the detached garage and a locked supplies closet and cabinet) is for guest use. The home is located behind the hosts home set in a wooded area. There is plenty of parking near the home. *****Any RVs or Uhaul trucks- especially with a tow behind them must park on the front of the property where large vehicles can be accommodated with easy entry and exits. This area is under 24/7 video surveillance for security. ****Please note- daily base rate is for 2 people. Additional guests rate is $20 per person. Please ensure the correct number of guests are entered into the reservation. This covers the extra cost of food, utility use, cleaning costs, amenities provided and wear/tear. This enables us to keep our place affordable for all sizes of families. We would love to meet our guests if they prefer! On occasion, I might not be immediately available in person but always available by phone or text. My home is on the same property and I am almost always available. This is on a rural paved road not far from the closest town of Cabot Arkansas. The neighbors are mostly separated by small acreage homesteads scattered with some farms along the way. The quiet is usually only disturbed by cows, donkeys, roosters and dogs :) It's quiet here and we like it that way. We are located at 629 Lewisburg Rd. ++++ Note this is NOT WEST Lewisburg rd. This home is located behind my residence, with a shared driveway. You will see a large yellow sign on the front of the property that says "Welcome to Peaceful Valley Bed and Breakfast". Come up the asphalt drive past the RV barn AND the garage-following the signs to 629, then up the small gravel hill drive behind the garage. Turn left toward the upper home. You will find plenty of parking near the guest home by the ramp to the entry of the mud room. Go up the ramp to the door and enter your door code supplied to unlock (there are directions posted on the door, please read them). We DO HAVE a gravel pull through area for Large Vehicles (moving vans and vehicles pulling trailers/boats etc) on the FRONT part of our property that is under a security light and video surveillance. Please let us know BEFORE your arrival and we will show you where to park. Thanks! We provide Streaming for T.V. viewing along with a DVD player for movies. There are books galore to read, and games and movies for kids of all ages :) There is secure WIFI available for reliable internet use. We also provide a usb charging station with outlets, and alarm clocks with charging usb connections for cellphones- etc. Breakfast is continental, or self prepared, with many options to chose from.
