This comfortable and relaxing guest room is in a 5-bedroom house located in a very quiet residential neighborhood of south San Jose with plenty of free street parking available directly across the house. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Only 14 mi. to San Jose Int'l Airport (SJC), 12 mi. to SAP Center, 1.2 mi.to VTA (Light Rail ) Santa Teresa Station, 5 min.walk to nearby restaurants,fast food, supermarket etc. Easy access to Frwy 101 and Hwy 85. I provide a space that is clean, comfortable and convenient. Bedroom is fully furnished and has a Full size bed with high quality posture pedic mattress. Fresh linens , towels and toiletries are provided. Room is located upstairs with a shared bathroom just outside the door. Guest have access to all common areas downstairs. Pls take note, kitchen use is limited to light meal preparation such as sandwiches, salad and use of microwave and counter top oven toaster only. Use of washer/ dryer is allowed for one wk or longer stay, one full load per week (ask for hours of operation) I respect guests privacy.
