I offer a waterfront house entire one-bedroom 2nd floor in City Island with a beautiful view overlooking the orchard beach and water. The place is located conveniently in City Island, 30 minutes of driving from Manhattan, famous for its seafood and sailing. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, post offices, etc. It is a great place to relax and concentrate on business. It is entirely for the guests. Please don't confuse with an earlier review. The place is in 2nd floor of the house with separate entrance. You have beautiful panoramic view from Pelhambay Park forest, Orchard beach to Connecticut. Early in the morning, you hear many kinds of bird singing which is very pleasant and inspiring way to wake up. You see many seagulls, sometimes hawks flying. In low tide, you see some herons sitting at a rock. You will feel like in Maine. Guest can access to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room. You can get sea breeze at the yard. City Island is famous for seafood restaurants, beautiful views. All is walking distance, to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, post office. City Island bridge is mile stone away, and it starts Pelhambay park. You can enjoy jogging and walking toward forest and Orchard beach. It takes 5 minutes to bus station. There is off street parking I can communicate with guest in their need. I can also give informations about City Island.
