This Villa has a private swimming pool. The ground floor is consisted of a kitchen with all modern amenities with electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, a dining area, a sitting area and also a full bathroom. The first floor is consisted of 2 bedrooms with balconies. Outdoors there is a covered area (pergola) with seating area and BBQ facilities. There is also a private parking area for your cars. Many locals choose to live in “Gouves” because the city Heraklion is just 15’ drive via the E-75 national road. This quiet “suburb” of Heraklion can combine quietness, calmed and relaxed atmosphere that a village can provide and at the same time being able to be in the centre without having to think of the traffic that normally it is the biggest problem in a city. Car rental is recommended. For anything else that is needed we will be glad to provide any information around the area as well as providing all the GPS details.
