Old stonehouse in a small village mountains lake

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive You will have your own entrance to the appartment in the old barn, and acces to the garden (garden tables and chairs, deckchairs..) We speak English. According to our availablity - which can be variable - and your demand. We are quite socialable, but sometimes busy. We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to help you in every way, while respecting your privacy. We do speak English We are living in the main hamlet of around 30 inhabitants a small village in a beautiful environment, with the forest just starting behind the house You will need a car to get around here, but you can park in easily, either in the court-yard, or in a public free parking place about 50 m away There is a very good restaurant, Le Coin du Bois, just 500 m from our guest-house
