Spearwood Guesthouse

The guesthouse is at the rear of the main house, with independent access through a side entrance. It has a lounge, bathroom and kitchen downstairs, and a bedroom in the loft. The location is 8 minutes from the beach, and 13 minutes to Fremantle. Two shopping areas are 3-4 minutes away. There is a large covered open area at the front of the guesthouse in which there is a BBQ and table and chairs, which guests are welcome to use. Washing machine can be used through organization with the hosts. This is a quiet suburban neighbourhood. Buchan Close is a dead end, so there is little traffic. There is a nice park at the end of the street, and many walking tracks a short distance away. Off street parking is available if you have a car. There is a bus stop 30m from the house with regular busses to Freemantle, the train station, and further afield.
