Maroona Street home 30 minutes drive to goldcoast

It is a very comfortable and quiet house, Located near many restaurants, cafes and shops, close to supermarket (Coles), Westpac bank, fruit and vegs shop, korean/asian groceries shop (Hanaro Mart), bus stops (line (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ), Runcorn train station, Altandi train station, Runcorn Tavern, and many more. We have a space for you to park your car just outside the front yard. Wifi is available unlimited. The house is professionally cleaned regularly. It is close to the main road, Coles supermarket and many cafes, restaurants, and asian grocery shops, 7 eleven, Runcorn Tavern and bottle shops, bus stops and train stations. Fully furnished house and a friendly pet cat host is always ready for cuddles, wifi connection is perfect and Netflix to keep an update with your favourite programs ^^ My house is surrounded by parks where you can take a morning walk and or afternoon jogging safely, also get on the swing chairs while listening to the birds chirping. I would like to meet and greet you in person and I am available to be contacted at anytime during your stay should you need a help by phone call and or text. The area is called Sunnybank Hills, where everything you need is very conveniently available nearby, hence I have been living in this area for more than 10 years!! This is a residential area with plenty of public transports to get to the Brisbane City CBD as well as the GoldCoast. it is in close proximity to Sunnybank (foodie hub), Runcorn Tavern (gathering place, over some coffee and food, or a pint of beer), Westfield Garden City (big shopping mall), Griffith University Nathan and MtGravatt campus, Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, Acacia Ridge industrial area, Karawatha Forest Discovery Centre, and Daisy Hill Koala Centre (free visit to see the koalas, anyone?) Uber and taxis are available to get around, Bus number 130 and 140 to get to the downtown, and train stations (Runcorn and Altandi) are going to both Brisbane Airport and the Gold Coast. I can suggest you some fun activities to do and tourist attractions nearby, also great restaurants to try and satisfy your hunger,since it is located in the area of food heaven. I am also a chef by trade so I can prepare some home cooked meals (depends on my availability, for some fee) when you don’t feel like going out. Just let me know if you have any allergy(ies) and I can whip up something for you, otherwise korean and indonesian style home cooking are always available ^^
