Pretty farmhouse cottage in charming little southern Burgundy village of Bonnay. Close to Cluny, Taizé & famous Mâconnais vineyards & historic sites. Cottage independant of owners home next door. Joli gîte bien restauré situé à Bonnay un petit village de Bourgogne du sud en Saône et Loire, quelques kms de Cormatin, Cluny, et Taizé. A proximité de celèbres vignoble du mâconnais, beaujolais, et de la côte chalonaise. Une fermette en pierre, indépendante , à côté de la maison du propriétaire. Fully renovated and equipped cottage farm house 100 sq meters of space with good sized bedrooms and open plan kitchen sitting/dining room with wi fi. Large balcony outside overlooking the well established garden area . Barbecue available if wished. Guests are free to uses all the garden area as well as the balcony . Off road parking. I'm always happy to give help & information to my guests , and am at hand should a problem arise . In a particularly picturesque corner of Burgundy , very pretty countryside , lots of historic monuments & places of interest to visit . Close to Taizé & Cluny , well situated for trips to Lyon , Beaune , Dijon . Bonnay is a friendly village with it's own bar and épicerie( local grocery shop ) You need your own car to get around as there is not a great deal of public transport . The nearest T.G.V train stations are about half an hour drive from Bonnay. There is an old fashioned bar/café and basic grocery shop situated in the village. Taizé is 5 mins away by car and Cluny 20 mins.
