Nani's Nest

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our newly renovated apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes. Come on in, lie back on the couch and make yourself at home. From there you can just simply enjoy the direct view on the mountains or start relaxing with a good film on Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen & dining area allows you to eat in or treat yourself in one of the many village restaurants which are all in walking distance. The little balcony is directly accessible from the living area and gives you splendid views on the surrounding mountains. In the good-sized bedroom you will fall asleep in a comfy king size bed and have ample storage space in the walk-in-closet. The sofa in the living area converts to another large bed, so there is plenty of comfortable sleeping space for 4 adults. You will also find, should you need one, a washing machine located in the bathroom. The apartment is accessed by going up 1 flight of stairs. Simone or Guy will welcome you personally upon arrival. During your stay we will always be available via phone or mail for you. Nani's Nest is right on the edge of the village with beautiful mountain views and a 2-3 minute walk to the centre of Söll with access to many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is just above our own little Café NANI, where you can fill up with breakfast, coffee and homemade cakes. We are happy to take a breakfast order upon request and bring it directly to your door during opening hours of the coffee shop. In the winter season there's also the JAM JAR bar in the same building, which means you can enjoy Aprés Ski with live music every day until 9pm. The bar itself is open every day from beginning of December til the end of March until 2am. Please be aware that during the winter season while the JamJar is open there will not be complete silence. We‘ll provide earplugs in case you need them ;) However, we lived there for the last 5 years and it hasn’t been a problem. Nani's Nest shares it's large car parking area with the coffeeshop and bar. Just opposite the road you can also find the main bus stop that will take you to the main cities and villages and train stations surrounding Söll. Baby bed & high chair are available upon request. CITY TAX needs to be charged extra which is €2,50 per person/ per night.
