double room large victorian house

I have a large 6 bedroom victorian house in Gravesend Kent which is 5 minutes walk to train station and local amenities. 17 minutes into London from ebbsfleet and 22 minutes from Gravesend train station. A very short bus ride to bluewater shopping centre My house is facing River Thames and is close to British rail station with trains to Kent coast and London. It is also close to Eurostar ebbsfleet station 17 minutes into London and 2 hours to Paris. It is a 22 minute journey to London from Gravesend rail station and 50 minutes to the coast. It is a ten minute drive to Kent countryside . I am 5 minutes walk from tilbury ferry for cruises. It is a 40 minute drive to the coast. Close to shops, town and All local amenities. Buses to bluewater shopping outside house My house has 6 bedrooms with large garden, snooker room, cellar, kitchen, large lounge, downstairs toilet, bathroom and toilet on first floor. Wi-fi code will be available and I leave towels and tea and coffee making in bedroom. There is parking on the drive and bikes can be locked away safely. The bedroom is on the first floor back facing over the garden so quiet at night. The bathroom and two toilets are in the same floor Guests will have access to kitchen, garden, snooker room bathroom and their bedroom. I am home most days and am a retired teacher and foster carer. I live with two lady lodgers I can give information and details about local area and would be willing to pick up from ebbsfleet if travelling from the continent. I will be home to greet guests when they arrive and if necessary will give guests a key which I ask they leave on hall table when they leave. Local to everything. Lovely riverside setting. In countryside 5 minutes drive from house. Local cyclopark, country parks. Be in Kent coast 50 minutes by train.Tilbury ferry five minutes away. Also trains to Canterbury, whitstable Margate. Broad stairs, Rochester Close to four supermarkets. Parking on drive Tea coffee kettle in room and towels in room Wi fi Guests can do light cooking and keep food in fridge Breakfast choice of 4 cereals, croissants, crumpets, bread,selection of jams honey etc Fruit juice and yoghurts. I lay breakfast out in kitchen on table from 7 am onwards. Very convenient as already mentioned. Parking on drive. There is a hair dryer in room and I can provide an iron and ironing board
