Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks. This is a private cozy apartment with large queen bed and secondary roll away bed located in the closet. Located off the living room is a small retro style kitchen with small fridge and hot plate. There is also a large fully updated bathroom. This will be available mostly every day including short notice reservations. There is a close relation to Hamilton College, Turning Stone Casino and Vernon Downs Racino. Located in New Hartford is Consumer Square with a Walmart, Best Buy, and Barnes and Nobles. New Hartford also offers many restaurants, Sangertown Square Mall and Marquee Cinemas. There are no local public transportation options. Locally, is the Rayhill Memorial walking trail, and Root and Kirkland Glenn located at Hamilton College. There are options for uber and lyft.
