Gymea Cottage - Pure Valley

As many face school closures and shift toward remote work, we are a work- and family-friendly place. Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck has a private bedroom, a lounge and a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck also has a private bedroom, with stunning veranda and views, but a more compact lounge and kitchen. Either way, you can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! There are three single kayaks on-site, as well as mountain bikes, which you can use free of charge to explore the property. Pure Valley is nestled between the gorge of Popran National Park with the spring-fed Hominy Creek running through it. Whether you want to go horseback riding, abseiling, quad biking, golf, yoga, or just relaxing - all options are nearby! Due to the remoteness of the location, we recommend that you do all your shopping before you arrive. For 2 guests booking, you will have downstairs exclusively & the spa, but not upstairs. Please note that no one will be upstairs. For 3-4 guests bookings, you will have downstairs and upstairs. Locklan, your host, lives on-site and will be available for anything you may need, however you can also have all the privacy you desire. Pure Valley's 125 acres are set deep within the gorge of Popran National Park. The property offers stunning walks through the valley floor & up into the gorge. The houses sit high above the tidal Hominy creek which flows into Mangrove creek & Mangrove creek flows into the Hawkesbury River. Due to the remoteness of the location, we recommend that you do all your shopping before you arrive. We also suggest downloading the GPS directions as you lose service on the way. We are not close to any public transport, and the nearest railway station is Gosford, which is 30 minutes away. The TV has a USB/HDMI port, a DVD player and a selection of movies (more movie choices at the office). We are quite a distance from town so, it's best to do your shopping in advance so you can truly relax on arrival. We also suggest downloading the GPS directions as you will lose service on the way.
