Charming character poolside house

This charming countryside stone house originally built in the 1800 has been renovated in a contemporary style 5 years ago with original features, first floor balcony, wood burner ( for colder months) ,guests outside dinning area with shared swimming pool ( pool shared only with my family ) , pool normally open in July and August unless we have sunshine weather earlier in the year, we are located in the beautiful Dordogne area near to Nontron. This house could suit 1 or 2 couples but also small familys. Features a large open plan living room/kitchen Living room - 2 large sofas 1 that can be made into a double bed ,television ( french & English satallite ) dinning table + 6 chairs, original fireplace with fitted small log burner for colder months (wood included for the evenings) patio doors looking out to the swimming pool. Kitchen - fitted kithen with gas electric cooker,microwave, dishwasher,fridge ( small freezer compartment ) dresser containing glasses, plates serving dishes etc, front door access/entrance First floor - sliding doors to bathroom - toilet, shower and sink unit. large bedroom- double french bed, Bunkbed full single bed size (90 x 200cm) 2 wardrobes ,chest of draws, patio doors out on to balcony with view out to the fields- small outside table & 2 chairs. Outside - shaded poolside dinning area for guests only- outside table & chairs / bench. Swimming pool 7m x 5m ( shared with our family and only when guests are out, the fenced pool area will feel like your own) access track through to fields and woodland walk. Ample parking at the front side of the property, with front grass area. The house s completely independent with access to ample parking, outside shared swimming pool 7m x 5m 1.2m depth - only accessible in the warmer months July and August unless we have good sunshine weather earlier in the year, shared with owners family ( we only use when guests are out so the gated pool area will feel like your own) it also has a electric security cover (only when full of water) when not in use. Our family lives in the house across from the pool one of us would be around to answer any questions. Guests are able to enter our garden to walk around the Boundry of the fields and woods at the back of the house. Peaceful countryside area with many small rivers & lakes, good choice of restaurants, weekly markets ( including night food market in summer ),perfect for cycling and walking Activities nearby include canoeing, go karting,st Estephe leisure lake with beach, Golf, Fishing, Antique markets - vide Greniers, historical visiting- cathedral, chateau, churches, caves. A car is necessary for getting about - Nontron 5 mins away to shops & supermarkets, 20mins away from Brantome, 45mins to Perigueux, 1hr to Angouleme & Limoge, 1.5hrs Bergerac. There are regular flights to Limoge & Bergerac Eurostar/ TGV link to Eurostar arriving at Angouleme or Limoge. This house can be booked 1 week or more Saturday to Saturday in the high season July and August, it would suit 1 or 2 couples but also small familys - linen is provided for 1 sofa bed and the double bed or double bed and 2 single beds ( Bunkbed). Cleaning is included in the nightly price we just ask that you follow the rules stated in "house rules on this Airbnb listing. wood is provided for the log burner for the evenings in the colder months I can provide cot and high chair for baby's.
