Features include a sprawling living room with a 50" Smart TV, a big master king bed with an attached full bath, a finished basement, an elegant dining room that connects to a seasonal porch, and 3 quiet bedrooms. Bring those pets with you - there's a fenced-in backyard for them to explore! Located in the Forest Hill neighborhood of Cleveland Heights on a tree-lined sidewalk street is this fully furnished elegant home. It's a short drive to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University, and many cultural attractions. Super convenient takeout and delivery services nearby too, including Japanese, Indian, Asian fusion, American, and Italian. Enter through the front door to come across the living room featuring a huge L-shaped couch that can comfortably sit around 6 people. There's a huge Roku TV for you to use pre-programmed with Sling TV. You can also login to your own applications. The dining room connects to the living room - our wooden dining room table seats around 6 people. The enclosed backyard porch is also connected to the dining room - enjoy that cup of coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the backyard. The eating area is located in between the kitchen and dining room and overlooks the backyard. The breakfast table comfortably seats 4 people. There's built-in storage cabinets with chinaware. The kitchen has all major appliances and cookware. Reach out to me directly if you have any special cookware requests! There's a half bath on the first floor. The finished basement (must be able to use stairs to get down to the basement) is carpeted with an original built-in wet bar and has a separate area for doing laundry. Head upstairs on to the second floor to find 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bedroom, a Roku TV, an attached full bathroom and two separate closets. There are 3 other bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one of these bathrooms does not have a tub, only a shower). Other features of this beautiful property: High speed WiFi (over 400 mbps!), a whole house security system, a two-car attached garage, big front yard, and free street parking during the day. Guest have full access to the entire home. Both myself and other team members live very close by. The house is a short walk to the RTA bus line, which will take you straight downtown. Walk to Starbucks or the Forest Hill Park, or take a 5 minute drive to the dining and shopping areas of Coventry and Little Italy. You're 10 minutes from Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Severance Hall, the Cleveland Art Museum, and much more. Super easy to catch an Uber or Lyft too. MUST ALERT ME IF YOU ARE BRINGING ANY PETS! Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs.
