The farm is located in El Socorro, Tegueste, where we can find services such as supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc., very close to La Laguna, World Heritage City, Airport "TFN", beach areas such as Bajamar or Punta Del Hidalgo and some typical restaurants to enjoy the rich local gastronomy. Old winery renovated in a few simple and pleasant apartments, surrounded by hundreds of fruit trees and vineyards as it is an agricultural farm, dedicated mainly to avocados, the climate we enjoy is very pleasant all year round, since we are in a beautiful valley of mediocrities.
