This delightful air-conditioned cottage is full of natural light, close to nature privately tucked away in your own piece of paradise. Wake up to the sounds of birds, sit on your private patio and enjoy the afternoon breezes. Lovely studio cottage nestled amongst the trees, very private at the end of the property. This is one of two accommodations available. Coffee machine, basic, cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, great bar style table, stylish kitchenette, comfy leather chairs Infront of TV, Netflix included. Wifi. Large modern ensuite, open and bright with natural light. Bbq area has plenty if seating, a Smoker, Webber and flat plate bbq, this area is shared with the Morraccan suite and main house on the property. Also another seating area where you can sit under the trees and enjoy the afternoon breezes. We live on the property so are available to meet you on check in most times. Share our local knowledge or just a chat. All spaces are completely private from each other. Lovely small beach town, we have the local bowls club for meals and basic takeaway available at corner store. Lovely and close to river and short walk to the beach. great fishing both off the beach or in the river. lovely river for paddle boarding and kayaking Town is small enough to walk around, or bring your push bike. We are a short stroll to the boat ramp, great for a swim, addle in your kayak or Sup. The surf beach is a little further along, lovely board walk up to the head land. There is a young dog Macca on premises, he hangs with us but likes to say hello. please keep the front gates closed Also Snoopy the cat will be around for a pat
