Safe neighborhood near Sinai hospital

Comfy room for 1(!) person, in a nice neighborhood. Very close to the Pimlico racecourse, highway, 10 mins from the downtown, 2 blocks from Sinai hospital. If you are a visiting medical professional it would be a perfect place. Mattress is on a firmer side. I'm a Mid-30, F. Introvert, but if you need company/advice, would love to help. I've been to many places in the USA/world. I have 2 extremely friendly cats. The house is on 2nd level, room- on 2nd floor. No extra guests unannounced please.
