Includes generous living/meals area, two bedrooms with BIRs, airy modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bright modern bathroom, separate laundry with LG and Miele washer and dryer, gas heating and 2 car spaces on the block. The main bedroom is fitted out with a double bed and double robes with ample storage space both inside the robes and in large drawers under the bed. The second bedroom is fitted with a single bed and a built-in robe. The kitchen is fully appointed with a Smeg oven and all of the appliances and cooking implements that you should need to prepare your own meals. The apartment includes a laundry with washer and dryer and has a large clothes line outside the back (laundry) door. 55" Sony Television and unlimited WiFi. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. The storage cupboard in the laundry is locked but there is ample storage space in both bedrooms. Walking distance to the Toorak Road tram (Route 75), Burwood and Hartwell train stations and an array of eateries and supermarkets including Leo's Fine Foods and famous French patisserie, Le Croissant. Please confirm your check in time at least 24 hours prior to your stay so that we can arrange a time and place for key collection.
