This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in East Germantown, which is about six miles northwest from the city center. The room has its own lock and guest will be provided with 2 keys for the room and main door access. There is free street parking, (one side parking) right in front of the house and private parking at the back of the house. The room has a closet, drawers and furnished with a queen-size bed with extra pull-out under bed storage, clean bedding, computer desk & chair, mirror, etc,(all the things you see on the picture). Guests will share the living room, kitchen, dining, and bathroom. The neighborhood looks dated but the inside of the house is renovated and ready to make your stay comfortable & unforgettable. Iron & board, hairdryer available. There is surveillance on the premise for security & safety purposes (common area). I will point it out for you if you need to know where it is located. plenty of space if you want to bring your own stuff and space at the basement as well.
