La Maison d'en face : a cosy guest house

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living-room downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. In the living-room, you will find a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and everything for a little cooking ( electrical stove). My house would be perfect if you were to come on a professional trip in the area . I will provide you sheets and towels. The living-room is furnished so you can have breakfast and store some fresh food in a fridge. You will be able to cook since everything is provided ( microwave, grilling oven, an electrical stove, a toaster, a kettle, dishes and tools ). To make your stay even more enjoyable, I will bring you fresh French bread and croissants in the morning ( not if you stay on a professional trip except on week-ends! )! If you are on a professional trip , the house has its own wifi and the space upstairs makes a nice workspace. We have a huge garden and walking paths all around the village which will enable you to exercice, run and walk safely and take fresh air! In the summer, you can enjoy your own patio to eat or get tanned! You'll be able to park your car on our small parking place across the street. We are located in the heart of Burgundy with tons of things to do that will make you discover French culture and history. The little house is independent from ours but only across a patio so you can ask for help if you need! I speak English fluently so I will be able to give you advice about food, restaurants and visits. I love my native area so I will be more than happy to help you plan and organise your stay in order to make sure you don't miss anything about our history and culture. We live in a small village with cows, horses ans a sheep for neighbors! The train station is 20 minutes from us and you can get to Paris within a hour by TGV. You can rent a car 5 km from us and I can drive you there to get your car if you need. Sheets and towels are provided but not ironed!!
