The rooms are laid out in a way that everyone has privacy. It's like having a small village all to yourself. Plenty of places to chill out in the shade or roast in the sun. Very tastefully decorated and designed. The property and all of it's facilities have been designed to make your holiday unforgettable. We have excellent facilities for hosting large events. The amazing patio with the adjoining barn. Large gardens with ancient trees, cactuses and grasses. Please be aware that for events of more than 30 guests you must first get permission Large 70m converted barn to host big dinners or just hang out. Beautiful old patios with cozy chill out areas Large swimming pool with lawn and mature gardens Close to the village but still in the countryside Country walks and bicycle paths We'll be there to greet you and to help you check out. The cleaner comes every day for 3 hours. And the gardener or handyman comes about twice a week. If you want more privacy then just let us know and we'll arrange to come less often! We live in the village just a couple of minutes away and we're available to help with whatever you need. Just a 5 minute walk to the village of Santa Gertrudis. We are in the center of the island so within 15 minutes you can get to nearly all of the beaches, clubs and restaurants. It's a quiet and rural area with views of surrounding mountains. The village has many good restaurants and a very typical Ibiza vibe Very easy to drive to anywhere, unlike most villas which are up long dirt tracks. You can easy stay here without a car since we're just a 5 minute walk to the village. Bus stops 100m from the house. Busses to Ibiza, Sant Antonio, Airport... Cleaning is included in the price. 3 hours per day. Individual bedrooms are not available to rent, just the whole house with all 6 bedrooms. You will receive an invoice from us with VAT and tourist tax all included. No hidden costs.
