A 3-bedroom apartment with two double beds and one single with pull-out second bed. Large lounge with dinning room and kitchen with breakfast table. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster. Outside there is space for bike storage and a patio with table and chairs and small BBQ. Bourganeuf is a small medieval town with a weekly market, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, banks, post office, tourist information centre, large supermarkets Aldi and Carrefour. Electricity Museum many walks and cycle rides from the doorstep. Guests can park privately in the space to the right of the front door, or on the road beside the building or in fron of the white gates. The outside space through the white gates with table and chairs are for the guests use. The apartment itself is on the forst floor of the building. Hosts live next door and are happy to help or advise. There are many places to visit in the local area such as Aubusson that is famous for its medieval tapestries, Limoges the capitol of the area for its porcelaine and enamalling. Lac de Vassivièreis close by, where you can go for water sports, swimming and outdoor activities such as zip wire circuit, island walks and cycling routes. There is a necropolis nearby, ancient tracks, Roman bridges steeped in mythsand legends. Limoges airport is an hour by car or bus. The whole area around Bourganeuf is great for walks or cycling due to the lack of traffic in the Creuse, making it a stress free and healthy place to come.
