Bedroom at a Thoroughbred horse farm

We are located 25 miles from downtown Louisville. We are close to Interstate 71. There are lots of restaurants in the area along with some shops. Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very peaceful and quiet. A great getaway If you are looking to not be around the hustle and bustle of the city. We have horses, chickens, a dog and a cat. The space is a private bedroom On the second floor of our house. The guest has their own bathroom. Our guests have access to the laundry room and kitchen. We are usually there to greet our guests as we live in the house also. Our place is very peaceful and quiet yet we are 25 minutes to downtown Louisville, about 35 minutes to Churchill Downs, we are an hour from Cincinnati And an hour and 15 minutes from Lexington and the Kentucky horse Park. There is plenty of parking at our house ** we are pet friendly as long as we approve the animals and there is an extra $15 cleaning charge for pets.
