Wonderful 2 bedroom Apartment!

This spacious two-bedroom unit is perfect for an extended vacation in Baton Rouge or work assignment. In fact, we work frequently with folks in the PRN nursing or construction industries, professionals on assignment and other folks traveling for work. Great place for one or more coworkers, or friends and families traveling together. This is a home away from home, and our complex is friendly and safe. Enjoy the pool and extensive parking behind our gated/walled compound. Our unit is stylish and comfortable, perfect for your vacation or work assignment. Fix a big meal in the stocked kitchen, or just microwave that late-night snack, and eat in the dining room off the living room. Big comfy sofas and a fabulous tv. Wall-mounted smart TV with built-in Roku, plus basic cable and DVD player. Sign into your own Amazon, Netflix, or Hulu accounts here. But honestly one of my favorite things about the apartment complex is the frequency of the mockingbirds singing throughout the year. This unit is a whole apartment, in a complex that centers around green courtyards full of tall trees, shrubs, flowering plants, a central fountain, coin-operated laundry facilities, even a pool for your enjoyment. Our extensive parking spaces ring the complex and our whole property is fenced/walled with a security gate. We, your hosts, mainly stay out of your hair and want you to relax when you get "home". We live in this apartment complex, and our resident manager is available for questions (during normal business hours). We are available to communicate with anytime, just contact us via phone, text, or this app. While conveniently located on a major thoroughfare, we are set back far from the road which means your hear more birds than cars, more breezes through the trees than motors. That being said, we are steps away from major convenience stores like Walgreens and CVS, and sushi, Vietnamese, and desert shops very close. Baton Rouge is a driving city, and it's easy to get around in your car. Our location is great, about 15 to 20 minutes to a diverse number of hotspots: LSU, Downtown, Our Lady of the Lake, Denham Springs, Mall of Louisiana. This is an apartment community, with most units leased to long-term tenants. Most of our tenants have been happily living here for years, most over five years. We grew up living in this complex, and we pride ourselves on the positive experiences people have living here, and visiting here.
