Walking distances to Warner Winery, St Julian Winery, Paw Paw Brewing Company. Other things close by within walking distance include a movie theater, historic downtown unique shops, Paw Paw Playhouse theatre. The house has main floor laundry. A cozy sunroom perfect for morning coffee or relaxing. Coffee maker and coffee on site. There is a back deck overlooking the lake with a gas grill available. Swimming from the house not advised, however, there is a swimming area off Maple Island which is a short distance from the house. Prior to your stay I will email you the door code for the keyless entry. During your stay I can be reached by email or phone. Close downtown resteraunts, winery and hospital within walking distance. The home is on a main road with a fair amount of traffic. No parties aloud. There are 4 kayaks on site, including life jackets.(seasonal) Small fire pit on site. Bring your own camp chairs.
