Upstairs of our house, accessible by a common entrance, this bright room, well equipped, for 1 or 2/3 people with shower room and private toilet is at your disposal. Teleworking possible. Bikers, park your 2 wheels, safely in our garage in the basement. Car parking / driveway or on street in front of the house. Optional, (Supplement of 5 € / person), Hearty Breakfast. Optional and on request, possibility of adding mattress 1 pers to the floor. The floor (Bedroom, WC, Shower room) will be exclusively dedicated to you. The room is equipped at the base of a bed 2 people 140/190 with recent mattress. On request ONLY, possibility of adding a bed 1 pers = > maximum capacity of 3 pers. Bed linen, Towels, Shampoo and Shower gel at discretion. TV, Wifi connection, Desk for Teleworking. Microwave to warm up your ready meals. Kettle, Bowls, Cups and Cutlery. Hearty Breakfast on reservation and optional (Supplement 5 € / person) You will also have access to our garden and terrace for a moment of relaxation or to smoke outside. Entrance, Garden, Terrace. Discreet, we will respect your privacy but we can also, if you wish, exchange together and give you any useful information to discover Dijon and its surroundings (routes, restaurants, heritage, museums ..) . Motorcycle enthusiasts, we will gladly welcome bikers (or cyclists) passing through our beautiful region with the possibility to park their 2 wheels safely and securely in our garage. You can have breakfast (not included in the room price/supplement of 5 euros per person) on reservation. In a small village 2.5 km north of Dijon, our house is located on a street very little transient so no noise! At 5-minute drive (or motorbike) you can access the following places: Zenith > (concerts, concert hall) , La Vapeur concert hall. > Valmy Zone (Tramway, suburban car parks) > Private Hospital Dijon Burgundy Ramsay Health . > Golden Fleece Shopping Centre (shops and restaurants).
