Train ends at Mandurah, Rockingham & Joondalup around 25 mins. The accommodated place is always cleaned & sanitised for arrivals. A happy fantasy place to work, relax & delight! 1) The 2 very comfortable queen-size double beds and mattresses (suitable for 2 couples) are branded, luxurious and of good quality to ensure your comfort. Free clean linens & towels are provided. 2) The entrance door is code-secured and is fixed with look-out keyhole, digital lock and hinges to ensure top safety and security. All guests do not hv duplicated keys and codes of any previous or future guests 3) The Sliding Gate to balcony is specially fitted with secured quality custom-made crime protected security screen. 4) Kitchen, utensils, washing machine, laundry dryer, dinning table, TV, couch, high baby chair, baby cot/mattress etc are provided for use. 5) The unit is always sanitised, kept clean & tidy for new guests on arrival. 6) Cleanliness, comfort, credibility, convenience & consideration (5Cs) are our mottos and are important to us for your enjoyable, happy, delightful and blessed stay. You can expect general cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. You will exclusively enjoy full access without sharing the provided facilities - bedrooms, bathroom, the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, sofa, television etc and the entire living space. Free parking, unlimited Wifi and clean linens will be provided. We will greatly appreciate our guests to be considerate to each other, the host, the neighbourhood and to maintain the general cleanliness & tidiness of the apartment. We fully respect your privacy and will not intrude / interrupt your period of stay (unless necessary). However we will always be very quickly available to response & assist you if required. This is consistently evidence by nearly all my guests’ reviews. For hygiene reason, we clean and sanitise the apartment & all linens for all our new arrivals. We like you to communicate with us on your well being too. 1) Aubin Grove, Cockburn Central, Success, Honeywood, Wandi, Banjup, Jandakot, Harvest Lake & Hammond Park are all near to our apartment. 2) Woolworth, Train/Bus Station, Cafes, Eateries, Restaurants, Bakery, Chemist, Medical Specialists and other Shops are at the doorsteps of the apartment and is within 2 minutes walking distance. 3)Aubin Grove Train / Bus Station is located conveniently for travelling to North & South of Perth. Freeway is also around the corner. 4) Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, Murdoch University, Fiona Stanley & St John of God are just one/ two Train Stops away. Frequent feeder bus services are also available to many suburbs including Fremantle. 5) Parks are around for morning walks /run. 6) You are in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Please be considerate to them. 1) Free premise parking and free ample public parkings (on 4 hourly cycle) are available. 2) Public train & buses will make mobility & commuting extremely easy & convenient 3) Car rental may not be required due to the availability of good transportation around the vicinity. 4) You are in a very convenient location for travelling to (anywhere) north and south of Perth - along the Kwinana Freeway & the train line. Please enjoy and use all the facilities/amenities provided. However we request that you respect the premise by keeping it hygienic, clean and tidy. We sanitise & disinfect after every hosting. This include towels and linens which is to be used for the body. So please be considerate and do not use them for other purposes. We also hope that you turn off the aircon, heater, lightings and fans when they are not in use. Please use the overhead exhaust fan while cooking and ensure that the floor has no crumbs and is not sticky with cooking oil.
