Central location for all links to Glasgow/Glasgow Prestwick & Edinburgh by road or rail. Modern comfortable beds. If you would like long term please get in touch as i do weekly/monthly rates for long term guests. The room can be booked for one or two people. The house is 35min by train, bus or car to Central Glasgow. This makes it a feasible location for those wishing to visit the City of Glasgow or Edinburgh, the West Coast or the many Golf Courses in the area. The bedroom is situated upstairs on the first floor of the house. My home is bright, clean, warm, with a large front garden that has off street parking. Decorated in a modern/traditional relaxed style, comfortable but creative. Very central location but still quiet, easy access to rail and airport links and there is also an excellent bus service. The room is comfortable, quiet and has good lighting, with free wifi and television. Besides a comfortable double bed, there is extra bedding and lots of clean towels. Full modern bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, and spacious power shower, shared with myself, also a second downstairs toilet. Access to all amenities. High speed Wi Fi , television. The lounge and kitchen with all facilities can you be used at any time. Coffee and tea freely available when you want. You can have much privacy as you want with a access to the main house at any time. Guests will have a front-door key and 24 hour access to come and go. I live on the property and am happy to chat, and provide suggestions or guidance if required. You are also able to have a lot of privacy if you prefer. The house is set in a private prime local residential area with private parking and 5 minutes from all town center amenities. 15 Minutes from Royal Troon Golf Complex. 40 min from Largs Marina with easy access to Arran, Millport, Cumbria etc. Based near the center of town and 5 minutes from all town center amenities with excellent links to all local transport. Including excellent links to Glasgow & Edinburgh Airports, Rail, and 35 min by motorway into Glasgow. 15 min from Glasgow Prestwick Airport Private parking Price incudes cleaning, Wi-Fi, television and all amenities.
