There is a modern bathroom downstairs separately placed from the bedroom area upstairs. There is also a new all white kitchenette, a white painted balcony, private garden & firepit. Bring your yoga mat & enjoy some time out on the balcony or in the garden. We also host Photoshoots & Sml events, such as Elopements. Perfect for Fashion, Brand Photography, Headshots, Homewares etc with plenty of natural light, space for crews & vehicles. These are arranged as separate bookings. We also have a really beautiful new Natural Light Studio (known as Little Belle") onsite in the garden for separate hire. Guests are welcome to wander around the 3 acre property! Enjoy relaxing by the dam & simply enjoy the surroundings & see the work we are doing on the property. We do restrict access to our private work areas such as the main homestead, homestead verandas & under the house etc. ♡ Guests can message us at any time ♡ However, we will leave you uninterrupted to enjoy your time. Grose Wold, in Sydney's backyard, is an upmarket rural neighborhood, only an hour norwest of the CBD (approx). Geographically, if you draw a line between Grose Wold & the coast, we are positioned between Palm Beach & Brooklyn (approx) . You can explore & enjoy scenic drives, outstanding walking tracks, wineries, boutique shopping, amazing views, fresh water swimming holes, cafes, restaurants, polo, the Hawkesbury River, markets etc. We are also a handy place to stay if you have an event to attend, either in the district or the Blue Mountains. In order to really discover our district, always take the scenic route. Drive. Ride. Hike. All accommodation bookings are strictly by this site, but message your photoshoot enquiries. We also have a newly built all white natural light photography studio onsite. We want you to have a relaxing visit & enjoy your time away & will respet your privacy at all times. If you are interested in booking the property for a photoshoot or film, we offer full & half day time slots. We have bookings most weeks so you'll need to contact us so that we can ensure the date is available. Perfect location for Fashion & Homewares with plenty of parking for vehicles, trucks, crews etc. Great open driveway perfect for photographing cars etc. If you want us to arrange a suprise for your partner & want us to arrange (for example) chocolates, champagne, etc - message us & we can discuss this extra with you. We are NOT on town water and rely on the rain to fill our tank for all property. Guests are not permitted to invite other guests or visitors to join them in the guesthouse during their stay. We now offer small events on the property. Simple. Elegant. Day Events, including Yoga events. Message your enquiry. We ask that there is no noise after 9.30pm. If you will be consuming alcohol, we ask that you drink responsibly. Any unruly behaviour will result in a call being made to the authorities. We are animal lovers, however, we are unable to cater for your 4 legged friends, as we are unable to secure our property boundaries & are not set up for fur children. Please do not run up and down the stairs. Use the hand rail at all times, watch your step and wear sensible shoes. You are responsible for your health and safety at all times. There is a first aid satchel under the kitchen sink and should you require emergency assistance, please ring 000. Guests are responsible for their valuables. We are also a non smoking property.
