The Ulivo House

Immersed in the hills of the Aurunci Mountains, in the town of Sonnino in the Province of Latina, overlooking the sea bathing the renowned towns of Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia and looking at the islands of Ponza and Zannone, we find "The Ulivo House " inserted in a splendid olive grove with carob trees and fruit plants such as figs, cherry trees, figs, almond trees and others. The first accommodation called "Ulivo" is part of an ancient stone farmhouse, dating back to 1820, completely renovated and well finished, composed on the ground floor of kitchen, bathroom, living room with ancient fireplace and on the upper floor, which is accessed by a ancient stone staircase, with three bedrooms (two of which are double) and bathroom. The accommodation is entirely available to guests. At our guests' disposal there is a barbecue, a wood oven, a patio and a playground for children. We will be more than happy to help you plan your itinerary and suggest places for eating, bars, activities and much more !!!! At check-in you will be welcomed by a kind lady who will assist you throughout your stay. In that time, and during interactions with staff, the use of an antivirus mask and gloves will be required. The numerous trails on the Lepini, Ausoni and Aurunci mountains will cheer your days relaxing your mind and body. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, pharmacy, bank and post office, and horse riding with trails in the surrounding seas. The ancient village of Fossanova, where the splendid Benedictine abbey rises in Gothic-Romanesque style, is about a 10-minute drive from this residential complex of three real estate units nestled inside a beautiful olive grove, here we give you the details of one of this "THE ULIVO HOUSE " The Ulivo House is one hour train ride from Rome Termini to Priverno-Fossanova station (ticket price per person 5 euros), while from the entrance / exit motorway from the Frosinone toll booth. Nearby places of interest: The Circeo National Park with its naturalistic paths. The charming medieval town of Sermoneta with its ancient castle and the famous Ninfa Gardens. The sea of the Ulysses Riviera, about half an hour's drive from the splendid beaches / towns of Terracina, San Felice Circeo, Sabaudia and Sperlonga; The Ponziane Islands with the possibility of embarkation from Terracina and San Felice Circeo. Fiumicino Airport (RM) Leonardo Da Vinci is about an hour's drive along the SR 148 Pontina Latina Road. You can also reach Rome and Naples by train from the nearby Priverno-Fossanova (LT) station. Ciampino Airport (RM) about an hour's drive along the sp Nettunense exit / entrance Aprilia (LT) 148 Pontina direction Latina. The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 20 October (weather conditions permitting), opens at 9.00 and closes at 19.00, and the use of swimming cap is a must.
