Cute Bedroom for Two in Sunnyside near Manhattan

My home is located in the historic neighborhood of Sunnyside, Queens, one of NYC’s hidden gems. The room is located on the second floor where are 3 bedrooms and all three bedrooms will share the same bathroom . **** Applicable taxes will be charged upon arrival , taxes are not included in the room rate **** Located 25 minutes door to door to get to many important Manhattan landmarks. Sunnyside Gardens is a Historical area , landmarked to preserve the unique atmosphere as was created in the 1926 when the community was built . The street is very quiet , the birds are singing and also in walking distance from nice restaurants , bars , shopping area and not too far from the shopping mall in Queens Center, by bus, "Q 60" about 20 minutes, and 7 minutes to the subway number 7 . From my place one can walk to Kauffman Movie Theatre that is located in Astoria, about 20 minutes walking. The guests are allowed to use the ground floor where are located : the living room , the dinning room and the kitchen. From the dinning room the guests can access the back yard where they can enjoy the morning coffee and the evening cold drinks at the outside table. For guests that stay longer they can use the barbeque if they want to. It is also possible to invite a friend or two for a cold drink in a hot summer evening, in the back yard with the condition to keep it quiet and civilized , being a community garden no noise is allowed at any time. I work at home , i am always around for urgent matters and available after working hours. I like to interact with guests but i also give them space. Located in quiet area , the gardens are unique for the green and beauty but it is also very close to Manhattan, 25 minutes to midtown only ,buy 7 train or by bus Q32 and Q60. Very close to public transportation: 7 train, Q32, Q60 about 5-7 minutes away only. The cute bedroom is located on the second floor where there are two more bedrooms, all bedrooms will have same bathroom to share.
