Description This home is situated in a convenient and quiet location in the north of Canberra, 15 minutes drive from the city. Ideal for university students, work or when you visit Canberra for holiday. The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair. This is a cosy room located in a shared family home in a convenient location. It has one double bed, bedside table and lamp, with a study table, lamp and chair. The bathroom and toilet to be shared with other guest/s who may occupy the other rooms. Great for a couple or single person traveling. Wifi is available on request. There is a well equiped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and other appliances which you are welcome to use. Great family room that we all use with a tv and DVD player that you can use. There is a large balcony at the rear with a garden and views to Telstra tower that you can enjoy. There is a shared bathroom and toilet along with a shared family, kitchen and dining. Use it like your home! I am usually around after work hours so happy to answer any questions and welcome you to my home. If you ha e any specific questions please let me know and I will endeavour to provide an answer. Easy access to city and Belconnen. Quite location and easy to get all over Canberra and walking distance to Canberra University. Comfortably located in the north of Canberra and walking distance to Canberra University and local shops. Very close to GIO Stadium, Australian Institute of Sports, Canberra Institute of Technology - Bruce Campus. A 20 minute bus ride to ANU and Canberra city. Street parking is available. 3 minute walk to the bus stop and you can get anywhere from there! 20 minutes from Canberra airport and you can get there easily by uber and taxi. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Clean, courteous and quiet.
