Burscough Home with a View

We are situated in a quiet part of rural Burscough but with fantastic rail and motorway links close by. The main bedroom is fabulous with its own kingsize bed, two sofas and dining table. It has WifI (super fast), Prime Tv, movies and a dvd player. The room is ground floor and looks out over its own private garden through patio doors. You have sole use of the downstairs bathroom. Breakfast is basic with teas, coffee, orange juice, cereals and toast. We are situated in a very peaceful area surrounded by wildlife. You will see many birds in the garden and we have resident hares, hedgehogs and pheasants. Its truly a place to sit out in the garden and relax. You have your own private downstairs suite which leads out through patio doors onto your own private garden area. You have your own bathroom which includes a shower and toilet. You have access to the kitchen if you require it and we have a breakfast room as well if you prefer to eat there. I'm very happy to be on hand and available should you need me. I can offer advice on local walks and attractions and any other activities you may want to do. I want your stay with me to be as comfortable and friendly as possible. There are only 7 houses in our lane and we are at the end of the lane offering privacy and peace and quiet. We are in a rural setting though the local shops are only a mile away and other local services. You can park safely and securely on our grounds. The gates are secured at night. Public transport ( buses and trains) are about a mile away. There are frequent trains and buses to Southport, Liverpool and Ormskirk. This is a no smoking home. You are able to smoke outside should you wish. We offer enhanced cleaning and follow government guidelines for Covid. We are flexible on arrival times. If there is anything you need, please ask and we will try our best to accommodate you. We have an on-site craft barn and hold regular craft courses ( ceramics, glass, floristry, painting weekends) should you wish to participate.
