Rear terrace (large outside table & chairs) (*Large wild green area at rear which is currently being developed into a natural organic growing space with fruit trees and raised beds for veg - it is NOT manicured and picture perfect, but you are welcome to use it as a picnic / relaxing area if you wish). There are railings to attach bikes, plus a rear shed - guests must bring own bike locks. Entire space We aim to meet guests when they first arrive to make sure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We live locally and are on hand if needed, though we respect your privacy. Easy and quick access to the M5 (junction 11) Cheltenham Spa railway station is close. It’s a large house with a lot of stairs. Please no smoking/vaping in the house. No parties or late events (although it’s a big house, we are in a town and still have to be mindful of our neighbours) We have a motion activated camera for added guest security.
