This beautiful private guest room is attached to the main house and themed with the love of the sea. Enjoy a private full bath, a view of red Oak Creek, with the white lime stone basin and access to Rocky Falls, the waterfall right outside the door down the hill. Guests have a desk in the room, free wifi, and full access to the fire pit and hiking on the creek. Ice box cooler provided. Studio Cabin on Rocky Falls. There's a porch cooler just outside your door. Just bring ice. This private room is connected to the main house. The family plus dogs live in the main house. We also have an additional listing, which is our Studio Cabin Inner Goddess Retreat center on property, which is seperated from the main home. Full access available to booked guests (no outside guests that aren't on the reservation). Just down the hill you'll see the white limestone canyon of Red Oak Creek. Popular activities include hiking, kayaking, swimming and floating, weather depending. (Outdoor activities are at your own discretion and your own risk). Feel free to use the community firepit. Bring some wood and enjoy a lovely fire. SMALL DOGS ALLOWED WITH OWNER PERMISSION MUST BE CRATED WHILE IN ROOM AND ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Guests are asked to stay solely in the Private Guest Room and Private Bath or outside. Access to the Fire Pit and creek, hiking, floating in the creek or swimming and other outdoor activities are open to oru guests. Any activities are at your own discression and own risk. The hosts live on property and are available for emergencies. we are within walking distance to Frank’s holy smoke BBQ, snow place like home serving snow cones, hot chocolate and Chicago dogs, and Cassaro Wine Bar serving tapas and of course wine.Just a few properties over within walking distance is the city park with a trail, picnic tables and a gazebo. We are just 35 minutes from Hillsboro and 70 minutes from Waco. Ovilla is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours direct down I 35 to North Austin. There are plenty of nature preserves in the area, guests can inquire and we will send our venue packet. Host has 5 friendly dogs on property and 2 horses. No alcohol on property. No pets or weapons. We are on a septic system. Please do not flush any items that you did not eat or drink down the toilet other than the provided toilet paper. * We do not allow special events to be booked under the regular Airbnb listing.
