The apartment is on three levels. – Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, large living room with fireplace, small bathroom and two large terraces with barbecue; – first floor: large double bedroom with panoramic balcony, large double bedroom and a bathroom; – second floor: large attic double bedroom overlooking the double bedroom; this room is very convenient for families, since parents and children can sleep in the same room but in separate levels. The "Borgo Casal Cristiana" is a country house that comes from the renovation of an ancient rural village, consisting of a central housing unit that includes several independent apartments and a series of old agricultural annexes, also transformed into unique and particular residences. The renovation, carried out trying to leave intact the original structure, increasing the value of the typical materials of the place and maintaining the harmony with the surrounding environment, has allowed to endow the residences of the most modern comforts and to create a recreation area For adults and children. At guests' disposal there are: -a sea view swimming pool with private sun beds and umbrellas -a solarium, - a common garden -an orchard for relaxing walks -a soccer field - a ping pong and table football area - a fitness area -a playground with a wonderful Jumping (trampoline), a castle with two towers and climbing, swings, slides and playhouse for children. The property, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, enjoys a wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea, from which it is less than 2 km away. To the west, in the distance, the mountains of the Marche Apennines, ideal place for relaxing walks and excursions on foot or by mountain bike. Its strategic position allows the guests to easily reach the most important cities of art of the Marche (Fermo, Recanati, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata), several archaeological and religious sites and some of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy, but also the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Marina Palmense. It is also possible to practice sports of all kinds (tennis, sailing, sport fishing, horseback riding, trekking), to go shopping in the famous outlets of the area and to appreciate the gastronomic specialties of the region. The village is easily accessible by the motorway and also thanks to the railway and airport connections: an ideal place to spend your holidays, in a territory rich in history and culture, embraced by the hills that gently descend towards the sea. The owner is available during all your holiday to support you and your needs, or to provide some advices about restaurants and places to visit. Check-in times are usually after 4pm but can be agreed upon. Furthermore, for our renters we have some agreements with bathing establishments and restaurants in the area. Guests have access to the entire hotel, the swimming pool, the solarium, the playground, the football pitch, the ping-pong and table football area and the fitness area.
